1.Apple Cider Vinegar – although it may not taste very good…it is full of nutrients and minerals that are important for your body like Calcium, phosphorous, magnesium, and potassium. All of these help to lessen the pain in your joints and keep toxins from building up in your connective tissue.

  • Simply take 1 cup of warm water and mix it together with one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and honey to sweeten it up a little. Drink this easy mixtures once every morning and feel the benefits of it’s alkalizing effect throughout your body and joints.

2. Ginger – It is know to reduce swelling and is a great idea for treating your joint pains.

  • Dry grind six teaspoons of dry ginger and caraway seed powder along with 3 teaspoons of black pepper. Mix this mixture together, and take about 1/2 of a teaspoon of it with water three times a day.

3. Number 3 and my favorite remedy is a MASSAGE! Massage the areas with natural oils and it will start increasing blood flow to those areas of the body and you should begin to feel a reduction in your joint pains!
